Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service in alignment with Gucci guidelines, offering personalized advice based on customer needs.
  • Facilitate communication between team members and clientele.
  • Achieve or exceed individual and departmental sales targets.
  • Meet KPI objectives.
  • Participate in alteration services, including measurements, adjustments, and client reservations.
  • Assist with stock replenishment, labeling, and organization.
  • Possess thorough knowledge and control of inventory.
  • Handle transactions and manage the cash register.
  • Implement CRM procedures to expand the boutique's client database.
  • Adhere to boutique security directives to prevent theft and losses.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in luxury retail sales.
  • Strong understanding of luxury fashion and trends.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales processes.

Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational abilities. Proficiency in storytelling and product presentation. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Detail-oriented with a focus on customer satisfaction.

Experience

Previous experience in luxury retail sales is required.
