Role & Responsibilities

- Present products effectively to engage customers through storytelling.
- Maintain adequate and appropriate stock levels on the sales floor.
- Deliver exceptional customer service in line with Gucci guidelines, offering personalized advice based on customer needs.
- Facilitate communication between team members and clientele.
- Achieve or exceed individual and departmental sales targets.
- Meet KPI objectives.
- Participate in alteration services, including measurements, adjustments, and managing customer reservations and orders.
- Assist with stock replenishment, labeling, and organization.
- Possess a thorough understanding and management of inventory.
- Handle transactions and manage the cash register.
- Implement CRM procedures to expand the boutique's client database.
- Adhere to boutique security guidelines to prevent theft and loss.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in luxury retail sales.
- Strong understanding of luxury fashion and customer service excellence.

Previous experience in luxury retail sales is required.
