Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of Gucci's history and heritage.
  • Demonstrate exceptional product knowledge.
  • Ensure the sales floor and store adhere to Gucci's visual presentation standards.
  • Present products effectively to engage and persuade customers through storytelling.
  • Maintain an adequate and appropriate quantity of merchandise on the sales floor.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by welcoming clients according to Gucci guidelines and offering personalized advice.
  • Facilitate communication between team members and clientele.
  • Achieve or exceed individual and departmental sales targets.
  • Meet KPI objectives.
  • Participate in alteration services, including measurements, adjustments, and managing client reservations and orders.
  • Assist with stock replenishment, labeling, and organization.
  • Possess thorough knowledge and management of inventory.
  • Process transactions and manage the cash register.
  • Apply CRM procedures to expand the store's client database.
  • Adhere to store security guidelines to prevent theft and loss.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in luxury retail sales.
  • Strong understanding of fashion and luxury markets.

Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in CRM systems and retail software. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Fluency in French and English.

Experience

Previous experience in luxury retail is required.
