Role & Responsibilities

- Maintain an adequate and appropriate quantity of merchandise on the sales floor.
- Provide exceptional customer service by welcoming clients according to Gucci guidelines and offering personalized advice.
- Facilitate communication between team members and clientele.
- Achieve or exceed individual and departmental sales targets.
- Meet KPI objectives.
- Participate in alteration services, including measurements, adjustments, and managing client reservations and orders.
- Assist with stock replenishment, labeling, and organization.
- Possess thorough knowledge and management of inventory.
- Process transactions and manage the cash register.
- Apply CRM procedures to expand the store's client database.
- Adhere to store security guidelines to prevent theft and loss.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in luxury retail sales.
- Strong understanding of fashion and luxury markets.

Previous experience in luxury retail is required.
