Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of Gucci's history and heritage.
  • Demonstrate exceptional product knowledge.
  • Ensure the sales floor and boutique adhere to Gucci's visual presentation standards.
  • Present products effectively to engage and persuade clientele through storytelling.
  • Maintain adequate and appropriate stock levels on the sales floor.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by welcoming clients according to Gucci's guidelines and offering personalized advice.
  • Facilitate communication between team members and clients.
  • Achieve or exceed individual and departmental sales targets.
  • Meet key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Participate in the alteration service, including measurements, adjustments, and managing client reservations and orders.
  • Assist in stock replenishment, labeling, and organization.
  • Possess a thorough understanding and management of stock.
  • Process transactions and manage the cash register.
  • Apply CRM procedures to expand the boutique's client database.
  • Comply with boutique security directives to prevent theft and loss.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in luxury retail sales.
  • Strong understanding of luxury fashion and Gucci's brand ethos.

Skills

Exceptional customer service and communication skills. Proficient in sales techniques and client engagement. Ability to work collaboratively within a team. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Experience

Previous experience in luxury retail sales is required.
