Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised client service in accordance with Gucci standards, welcoming clients and offering tailored product advice.
- Develop and maintain deep knowledge of Gucci’s history, heritage and product assortment to support persuasive storytelling and client conversion.
- Ensure the boutique’s visual presentation and merchandising meet house guidelines; manage in-store product presentation to maximise sell-through.
- Maintain appropriate stock levels on the sales floor, assist with stock replenishment, labelling and storage, and accurately manage inventory.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets and KPIs through proactive selling and clienteling activities.
- Apply CRM procedures to grow and maintain the boutique’s client database and follow-up processes.
- Operate the point-of-sale: process transactions, manage cash handling and maintain register accuracy.
- Support the alterations service: take measurements, coordinate fittings, manage customer reservations, and process special orders and deliveries.
- Adhere to boutique security and loss-prevention procedures at all times.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in luxury retail or high-end fashion sales preferred.
- Demonstrable commercial orientation with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a client-focused demeanour.
- Professional personal presentation and discretion appropriate for a luxury environment.
- Right to work in France and flexibility to work weekends and peak retail periods.

Experience
Entry-level to 2+ years of experience in retail sales, ideally within luxury or premium fashion; proven ability to achieve sales targets and deliver personalised client service.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail, sales or fashion is advantageous.
