Role & Responsibilities
- Represent the Gucci brand with elegance and professionalism to all client interactions
- Guide clients through the complete buying journey, from discovery through purchase and beyond
- Present the current collection using precise brand standards and visual merchandising principles
- Communicate in-depth knowledge of product characteristics, styles, and fashion trends relevant to client needs
- Achieve assigned sales targets while maintaining focus on customer experience and satisfaction
- Contribute to store management support activities and omni-channel sales coordination
- Embody company values and serve as a visible ambassador of the brand
- Support team members and collaborate across retail, wholesale, and e-commerce channels
Qualifications
- Proven experience in luxury retail sales or client advisory roles
- Fluent knowledge of Gucci product portfolio and heritage (or capacity to develop expertise rapidly)
- Demonstrated excellence in client relationship management and consultative selling

Experience

Education
