Gucci Client Advisor opportunity in Seoul. Represent the luxury brand, guide customers through purchases, and drive sales in a retail environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Represent the Gucci brand to clients and serve as the visible face of the maison
- Guide customers through all stages of the buying journey with expertise and attentiveness
- Present the collection in accordance with brand standards and visual merchandising guidelines
- Provide detailed product information, styling advice, and trend insights
- Contribute to achieving assigned sales targets and store performance metrics
- Enhance customer satisfaction through personalized service and relationship building
- Support store management activities and operational excellence
Qualifications
- Demonstrated passion for luxury fashion and the Gucci brand
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to present products with confidence and sophistication

- Understanding of retail sales principles and customer journey mapping
Skills
Experience
Prior experience in luxury retail, fashion sales, or client-facing roles is preferred. Experience in omni-channel retail environments or familiarity with integrated sales approaches is advantageous.
Education
Secondary education or equivalent; additional qualifications in fashion, retail management, or hospitality are valued.
