Gucci Client Advisor in Seoul — represent the luxury brand, guide clients, and drive retail sales in an omni-channel environment.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Guide clients through the complete purchasing journey while articulating brand heritage and product vision
  • Present the seasonal collection in accordance with Gucci brand standards and merchandising guidelines
  • Provide expert consultation on garments, leather goods, accessories, and footwear—including style recommendations, material specifications, and care instructions
  • Achieve assigned sales targets while prioritizing authentic customer engagement and satisfaction
  • Embody brand values and maintain the highest standards of personal presentation and professional conduct
  • Support store operations and merchandising activities as assigned by management

Qualifications

  • Passion for luxury fashion and demonstrated knowledge of the Gucci brand aesthetic
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage diverse clientele
