Gucci Client Advisor position in Seoul; guide clients through luxury shopping experience and represent the brand with excellence.
Role & Responsibilities
- Guide clients at every stage of the buying journey and provide comprehensive product expertise
- Present the Gucci collection using brand standards and showcase styles, characteristics, and current trends
- Contribute to achieving sales targets while maintaining elevated customer satisfaction standards
- Embody and represent company values as the visible face of the brand
- Support store management activities and omni-channel sales operations
Qualifications
- Proven retail sales experience in a luxury environment
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
- Strong product knowledge and ability to communicate brand values
- Ability to work toward and exceed sales targets

Skills
Experience
Retail sales experience, preferably in luxury fashion or accessories retail, with demonstrated success in client advisory and sales achievement.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in fashion, retail management, or hospitality is advantageous.
