Gucci Client Advisor position in Seoul – advise luxury fashion clientele and drive sales in a premium retail environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Advises customers throughout their purchasing journey, providing personalized guidance on products and services
- Presents the collection and product offerings in accordance with brand standards and visual merchandising guidelines
- Demonstrates in-depth knowledge of styles, product characteristics, materials, and current trends to enhance customer experience
- Embodies the brand values and acts as the visible face of Gucci to all clientele
- Contributes to the achievement of sales targets and key performance indicators
- Enhances overall customer satisfaction and cultivates lasting client relationships
