Role & Responsibilities
- Represent the brand at every stage of the client buying journey, delivering polished, personalised service in accordance with Gucci standards.
- Advise clients on product features, styling and trends; present and demonstrate collections to maximise conversion and average transaction value.
- Develop and maintain client relationships through proactive clienteling and follow-up to drive repeat business and long-term loyalty.
- Contribute to achievement of individual and store sales targets, including participation in promotional activity and visual merchandising initiatives.
- Operate POS and CRM systems accurately; process transactions, exchanges and after‑sales requests with discretion and attention to brand service protocols.
- Maintain store standards: product presentation, replenishment, stockroom organisation and loss prevention practices.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to deliver high-quality client service with a service-first mindset and polished interpersonal skills.
- Ability to meet or exceed sales targets and KPI metrics; commercial awareness and results orientation.
- Professional presentation and strong knowledge of luxury product categories and materials.
- Flexible availability including weekends, evenings and public holidays as required by retail operations.
- Right to work in South Korea.
Skills
Experience
Preferably 1–2 years of customer-facing experience in luxury retail, premium fashion or high-end service environments; demonstrable sales results are an advantage.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or tertiary studies in fashion, retail or hospitality are advantageous.
