Gucci seeks a Client Advisor in Seoul to deliver exceptional luxury client service and drive sales for the house collection.
Role & Responsibilities
- Represent the brand at every client touchpoint, delivering attentive, personalised service throughout the buying journey.
- Advise clients on product features, styling, fit and trends, demonstrating detailed knowledge of the collection.
- Present merchandise to Gucci visual and selling standards; maintain an orderly, on‑brand sales floor.
- Drive sales performance by identifying opportunities for up‑selling, cross‑selling and repeat business while meeting individual and store targets.
- Develop and sustain client relationships through proactive follow‑up and clienteling activities to increase loyalty and lifetime value.
- Execute sales transactions accurately and ensure seamless after‑sales support, returns and exchanges in line with brand policy.
- Collaborate with store colleagues and management to share product knowledge, feedback and local market insights.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to deliver high‑quality client service in a retail environment.
- Demonstrable commercial orientation with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets (preferred).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; polished presentation and professional grooming.
- Flexible availability including weekends, evenings and peak retail periods.
- Legal right to work in South Korea.
Skills
Experience
Previous retail sales experience is required; 1+ years in a luxury or premium retail environment is preferred, with evidence of strong client service and commercial impact.
Education
Secondary education (high school diploma) required; vocational training or degree in fashion, retail or business is advantageous.
