Role & Responsibilities
- Execute the full Gucci selling ceremony from client greeting to sale closure, delivering a seamless, luxury purchasing experience.
- Provide authoritative product knowledge and convey Gucci's history and heritage to exceed client expectations.
- Identify client needs through proactive clienteling activities and maintain high-quality CRM records to nurture relationships.
- Drive sales through targeted cross-selling and upselling initiatives while consistently meeting store and individual targets.
- Curate and maintain visual displays in accordance with Gucci visual guidelines to uphold boutique standards.
- Manage floor and stockroom inventory to appropriate levels following company policies and procedures.
- Demonstrate passion for fashion and luxury trends when engaging clients and provide tailored styling advice.
- Adhere to Gucci grooming and presentation standards at all times.

- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills with a customer-centric approach.

Skills
Experience
Typically 1–2 years of retail sales experience, preferably within luxury fashion or premium retail, with proven clienteling and sales performance.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; tertiary education in fashion, retail or business is advantageous but not required.
