Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver an exceptional, personalised client experience from greeting to sale closure, acting as a brand ambassador and increasing customer loyalty.
  • Execute Gucci selling ceremony and brand-led sales techniques to achieve store and personal sales targets through cross-selling and up-selling.
  • Develop and maintain client relationships through proactive clienteling and accurate CRM data management to drive repeat business and prospecting.
  • Demonstrate deep knowledge of Gucci’s history, heritage and product range to advise clients and elevate the shopping experience.
  • Maintain store standards including visual merchandising according to Gucci guidelines and ensure appropriate stock levels on floor and in the back room.
  • Uphold company grooming and conduct standards, and collaborate effectively with the store team to support a fast-paced retail environment.
