Gucci Client Advisor in Seoul — retail role delivering luxury client service, clienteling and sales while representing the Gucci brand in-store.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional, personalised client experience from greeting to sale closure, acting as a brand ambassador and increasing customer loyalty.
- Execute Gucci selling ceremony and brand-led sales techniques to achieve store and personal sales targets through cross-selling and up-selling.
- Develop and maintain client relationships through proactive clienteling and accurate CRM data management to drive repeat business and prospecting.
- Demonstrate deep knowledge of Gucci’s history, heritage and product range to advise clients and elevate the shopping experience.
- Maintain store standards including visual merchandising according to Gucci guidelines and ensure appropriate stock levels on floor and in the back room.
- Uphold company grooming and conduct standards, and collaborate effectively with the store team to support a fast-paced retail environment.

Experience
Previous retail or luxury sales experience is preferred; demonstrable clienteling/CRM experience and a track record of meeting sales targets are advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail, visual merchandising or a related field is a plus.
