Gucci Client Advisor position in Rotterdam, Netherlands. Part-time fixed-term luxury retail role delivering personalized styling and exceptional client experiences.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve individual and team sales targets and KPIs through effective use of data and systems to identify performance gaps and sales opportunities
- Execute cross- and upselling techniques to maximize revenue per transaction
- Deliver an engaging, emotional client experience that reflects Gucci's hospitality standards and welcome protocols
- Proactively establish and maintain strong client relationships from the moment of entry, ensuring clients feel valued and understood
- Apply styling knowledge and product mix-and-match expertise to curate solutions tailored to each client's aesthetic and needs
- Develop and expand the store's local and international client base, identifying and nurturing top-tier clients for sustained loyalty
Qualifications
- Demonstrated excellence in luxury retail or hospitality clienteling
- Proven ability to achieve or exceed sales targets through consultative selling
- Strong understanding of luxury brand values and product knowledge
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English
Skills
Experience
Previous experience in luxury retail, fashion retail, or high-end hospitality is highly valued. Demonstrated success in building and maintaining a personal client portfolio and achieving sales targets is essential.
Education
Secondary education minimum; further qualifications in fashion, design, or retail management are advantageous.
