Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve individual sales and service KPIs by leveraging data and systems to identify performance gaps and sales opportunities
- Execute cross-selling and upselling techniques to maximize transaction value and client basket size
- Deliver emotionally engaging client experiences aligned with Gucci hospitality standards and welcome protocols
- Build and maintain strong client relationships from initial contact, ensuring clients feel valued and understood
- Apply comprehensive styling knowledge to mix-and-match product offerings that best serve individual client needs

Qualifications
- Experience working in a high-end luxury fashion brand or hospitality environment

- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced retail environment
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Dutch, German, or French highly advantageous
