Gucci Client Advisor position in London. Retail sales role in luxury fashion offering brand representation, client management, and styling expertise in a high-end environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve individual sales and service KPIs by effectively utilizing available data and systems to monitor performance and identify sales opportunities
- Apply cross- and upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities and increase transaction value
- Create an engaging and emotionally resonant client experience aligned with hospitality guidelines and welcome techniques
- Proactively establish and cultivate strong relationships with clients from the moment they enter the store
- Combine styling expertise with product knowledge to recommend coordinated selections that best serve client preferences
- Develop and cultivate a local and international client base whilst identifying and nurturing high-value clients
Qualifications
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and developing client relationships
- Sound knowledge of and passion for Gucci and luxury fashion
- Ability to work productively in a high-pressure, fast-paced retail environment
- Fluency in English; additional languages preferred
- Availability to work varied hours including weekends as required
