Gucci Milano | RTW Accessories Research Specialist – luxury fashion accessories research, trims management, and PLM expertise.
Role & Responsibilities
- Conduct research and scouting of trims and accessories for Menswear and Womenswear collections
- Support the development and follow-up of accessories from research through implementation
- Collaborate closely with Design, Raw Materials, and Purchasing teams to ensure alignment on collection requirements and timelines
- Contribute to improving the quality and effectiveness of accessories research in an increasingly complex and cross-functional environment
- Manage the organization, cataloguing, and archiving of trims and accessory materials, ensuring traceability, accessibility, and continuous updates of the internal archive
- Monitor and maintain accurate data within PLM and other relevant systems
- Support the existing Trims team in managing growing collection volumes while maintaining high quality standards
- Work under the coordination of the Trim Team Manager, contributing proactively to team objectives
Qualifications
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the accessories, fashion, or luxury industry
- Strong technical knowledge of accessory materials, components, and manufacturing processes
- Fluent English (spoken and written)
- Proficiency with PLM systems, Microsoft Excel, and other relevant digital tools
- Strong organizational skills with experience in material management and archive maintenance
- Excellent interpersonal and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and solution-driven approach

Experience
Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on experience in the accessories, fashion, or luxury goods sector, with demonstrated competency in materials research, accessory development, and archive management within a structured, high-volume production environment.
Education
Not specified; a background in fashion design, materials science, or a related discipline is beneficial but not mandatory.

The successful candidate will be located in Milano, Lombardy, Italy.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position is EUR 35,000 per annum.
