Gucci Retail Training Manager role in Tysons, Virginia: Lead regional training strategy with $105k–$110k salary, luxury retail focus, and up to 40% travel.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support training strategies with a focus on improving KPIs and ensuring consistent client experience across the region
- Execute training activities and initiatives as directed by the Vice President of Retail—North and Director of Retail Training
- Facilitate monthly district training calls and contribute to content development for regional teams
- Create comprehensive training decks and materials for morning briefings and in-store activities
- Coach and train sales associates through on-the-floor observation, feedback, and demonstrations of luxury service excellence
- Perform assessments to identify training needs within the region and develop solutions in collaboration with senior management and area directors
- Measure the success and ROI of training initiatives against overall brand objectives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university preferred
- Minimum five years of formalized training experience in retail environments
- Demonstrated experience planning and managing both small and large-scale training events with flawless execution
- Strong technical proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Proven ability to manage training budgets and operate within financial constraints
- Valid work authorization to work in the United States

Minimum five years in a formalized retail training position is required. Additional client-facing experience in luxury retail settings is highly desirable, demonstrating familiarity with premium brand service standards and clientele expectations.
Education
