Gucci Retail Training Manager – West, Las Vegas: $103K–$115K. Lead training initiatives and coach sales associates across the Western region.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support and execute training strategies across the West market to improve key performance indicators and ensure consistent client experience
- Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and training requirements within the region
- Facilitate monthly district training calls and contribute to training content development
- Create and deliver training decks for morning briefings and sales associate coaching sessions
- Coach and mentor sales associates through on-the-floor observation, providing constructive feedback aligned with luxury service standards
- Collaborate with Vice President of Retail, Senior Manager of Retail Training, Area Directors, and regional training team to develop and implement comprehensive training solutions
- Measure and communicate the success of training initiatives against brand objectives
Qualifications
- Minimum five years of formalized training experience in retail environments
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university (preferred)
- Experience in client-facing roles within retail settings
- Demonstrated expertise in luxury retail training and service standards (preferred)
- Proven ability to plan and execute both small and large-scale training events with precision
- Strong proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Learning Management Systems
- Ability to manage training activities within established budgets
- Valid work authorization for the United States
- Willingness to travel 30-40% throughout the West market
Skills
Experience
Minimum of five years in a formalized training role within retail environments, with demonstrated success in curriculum development and staff coaching. Prior experience in luxury retail brands and client-facing positions is highly valued. Candidates should have a track record of managing multiple training initiatives simultaneously across geographically dispersed locations.
Education
Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university is preferred.
