Gucci Retail Training Manager, Dubai UAE – lead training programmes across MEA region.
Role & Responsibilities
- Design and implement strategic training curricula for retail staff across MEA locations
- Deliver product knowledge and sales technique training to store teams
- Evaluate training effectiveness and adapt programmes based on performance metrics
- Collaborate with regional retail management to identify training needs and gaps
- Maintain compliance with brand guidelines and operational standards across all training initiatives
- Develop training documentation, materials, and digital resources
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail training management or similar role
- Demonstrated ability to design effective training programmes
- Strong understanding of luxury retail environment and brand positioning
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in training delivery methods and e-learning platforms
Skills
Experience
3–5 years of experience in retail training, learning and development, or retail management within a luxury or multi-brand environment.
Education
Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, hospitality management, or equivalent professional qualification.
