Gucci seeks a Retail Training Manager for the West, based in Beverly Hills, to implement learning strategies and training across the region, assess needs, coach sales associates, and measure training outcomes. The role includes travel of up to 30–40% throughout the West market and offers a base salary range of $90,000–$105,000 annually, subject to factors including geographic differential, skills, and experience.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support training strategies across the West market, focusing on improving KPIs and ensuring a consistent client experience.
- Deliver training activities as directed by the Vice President of Retail - West, Director of Retail Training, and Senior Manager, Retail Training - West.
- Facilitate monthly district training calls and contribute to content development.
- Create training decks for morning briefings and activities.
- Coach and train sales associates through on-floor observation, feedback, and modelling the luxury service experience.
- Assess regional training needs and collaborate with retail leadership and the regional training team to develop comprehensive solutions.
- Implement learning strategies based on corporate directives, including instructor-led and eLearning courses across the West market.
- Collaborate with other departments to measure training initiative outcomes and their contribution to brand objectives.
- Plan and manage small- and large-scale training events, ensuring thorough follow-through and execution.
- Manage and work within the travel budget.
- Travel up to 30–40% throughout the West market.
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university is preferred.
- At least five years of experience in a formalized training position with retail stores.
- Additional client-facing experience in a retail setting is desirable.
- Luxury retail experience is preferred.
- Must be able to manage and work within the travel budget.
- Qualified candidates must have proper work authorization to work in the United States.
