Gucci seeks a Retail Trainer in Seoul to deliver clienteling, collection and service training across the retail network.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Design, plan and deliver classroom and in‑store training programmes on collection knowledge, selling skills, clienteling and service aligned with worldwide strategy and local needs.
  • Identify performance gaps across the retail population and deploy targeted learning solutions, including coaching, digital modules and Train‑The‑Trainer (TTT) initiatives.
  • Coach new and existing Client Advisors on client‑centric selling ceremonies to ensure successful onboarding and sustained performance improvement.
  • Collaborate with Merchandising, Client Engagement, HR and Retail Excellence to build a learning pipeline and ensure training content reflects commercial priorities.
  • Develop, maintain and update training materials and curricula so they remain relevant to business context and reflect Gucci’s Italian heritage and values.
  • Plan and execute monthly in‑store training schedules and report field coaching progress and results to the Retail Training Manager and Retail Area Director.
  • Support the development of in‑store training ambassadors and ensure classroom learnings are retained and implemented on the sales floor.

Qualifications

  • 3–7 years of hands‑on experience in retail training or learning & development, preferably within the luxury or premium retail sector.
  • Demonstrable experience delivering classroom, in‑store and coaching programmes; experience with Train‑The‑Trainer (TTT) methodologies.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with professional proficiency in English.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Outlook; comfortable using digital learning tools and blended training formats.
  • High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information; dependable, punctual and organised.

Experience
