Gucci seeks a Retail Team Manager in Beverly Hills to lead Client Advisors and drive boutique sales on Rodeo Drive.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach and inspire a team of Client Advisors on the selling floor to deliver exceptional client experiences and achieve sales and category targets.
  • Provide real‑time selling floor coaching, behavioural observation and regular performance feedback to develop individual and team capability.
  • Drive client development through capture and management of meaningful client data, personalised clienteling and prospecting to increase loyalty and acquisition.
  • Own day‑to‑day client flow and boutique service standards, ensuring every client interaction reflects Gucci’s values and selling ceremony.
  • Plan, prioritise and monitor team KPIs (sales, conversion, clienteling metrics) and translate results into actionable plans to reach targets.
  • Lead clienteling activities and local events, ensure attendance for launches and company‑led initiatives to maximise sales results.
  • Recruit, onboard and retain talent; maintain a talent pipeline through behavioural interviews and ongoing development conversations.
  • Manage merchandising and inventory activities — special orders, stock requests, visual merchandising standards and product handling procedures.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional partners (Store Director, People Partners, Merchandising, Loss Prevention and Operations) to run the House effectively and ensure policy compliance.
  • Oversee opening/closing procedures, shift leadership, employee relations matters at store level and ensure adherence to health, safety and security standards.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 4+ years of sales management experience in retail, luxury retail or service industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
  • Proven people leadership with ability to coach, motivate and develop frontline sales teams.
  • Demonstrable commercial acumen with history of delivering measurable sales results and reaching KPIs.
  • Right to work in the United States (candidates must have proper work authorization).
  • Flexible availability to work retail schedules including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Experience
