Gucci Client Advisor position in Seoul offering luxury retail sales role representing the brand and guiding customers through the buying journey.
Role & Responsibilities
- Represent the Gucci brand with professionalism and elegance to all clientele
- Guide customers through every stage of the buying journey with personalized attention
- Present the collection using established brand standards and visual merchandising principles
- Provide expert advice on product styles, characteristics, materials, and current fashion trends
- Embody and communicate company values and brand identity in all customer interactions
- Contribute to achieving sales targets while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction
- Support store management activities and maintain an organized retail environment
