Gucci seeks a Retail Sales Associate at Chadstone, Melbourne. Full-time luxury retail role focused on client experiences, sales targets, and brand excellence.
Role & Responsibilities
- Drive individual and team KPIs including sales targets, client outreach, average transaction value, Net Promoter Score, and conversion rates
- Engage with clients and cultivate long-term relationships using clienteling tools to foster brand loyalty
- Participate in ongoing product knowledge and sales training modules delivered in-person and virtually via the Gucci Retail Training portal
- Support back-of-house operations including cycle counts and stock take processes specific to department requirements
