Gucci Retail Performance Manager in Seoul — lead performance analysis, target management, and incentive schemes for Korea retail operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead weekly and monthly performance analysis and sales closing across stores, channels, and key retail KPIs, delivering regular and ad-hoc reports that identify business drivers, gaps, risks, and opportunities
- Propose monthly store targets based on historical results, current trends, and store potential, ensuring accurate and timely performance reviews with Retail, HR, and Finance
- Design and manage store incentive schemes and monthly contests, including mechanics, communication, and progress tracking to ensure fair execution and measurable impact on team motivation
- Monitor productivity and sales efficiency per FTE in partnership with HR and Finance, identifying productivity gaps and providing fact-based recommendations for improvement
- Translate performance findings into actionable recommendations, improved protocols, and efficient retail processes while supporting leadership in defining business priorities and evaluating key initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of experience in luxury fashion retail management
- Proven ability to lead and inspire multicultural teams
- Strategic mindset with agility to adapt and make prompt decisions in fast-changing environments
- Creative thinking with ability to generate new ideas through brainstorming and collaboration
- Strong leadership, teamwork, and communication skills
- Fluent in both written and spoken English

Experience
Minimum 10 years of experience in luxury fashion retail management, with demonstrated success in performance analysis, target management, and leading cross-functional teams across multicultural environments. Proven track record of translating data-driven insights into actionable business recommendations and driving measurable improvements in retail performance metrics.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related discipline. Advanced certifications in retail management, business analytics, or performance management are a plus.
