Gucci Retail Operations Specialist in Seoul: coordinate store operations, inventory, and projects in a luxury retail environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate operational activities across retail stores and monitor product flow to ensure optimal stock levels
- Support sales processes including display management, inventory tracking, and payment transaction processing
- Manage store alterations and fitting services to enhance customer experience
- Oversee store projects including changes to opening/closing times, renovations, and relocations
- Liaise with cross-functional departments to develop and execute coordinated action plans within deadline and budget constraints
- Maintain compliance with operational standards and procedures across all assigned locations
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in retail operations or store management
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills
