Gucci Retail Operations Executive in Shanghai: support store operations, inventory, and vendor coordination across China's retail network.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage daily operational supply fulfillment and optimization by organizing and processing orders on a regular basis
- Maintain accurate records of expenses and inventory levels to ensure cost efficiency and operational visibility
- Serve as primary communicator between the Shanghai corporate office, regional store operations, multiple departments, and external vendors
- Support retail operations for Shanghai headquarters and area operations teams by coordinating administrative and operational tasks
- Ensure all assigned operational and administrative processes are completed efficiently and to established standards
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities with ability to manage competing priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills across all organizational levels
- Proficiency in inventory management and cost tracking systems
- Demonstrated ability to liaise effectively between multiple internal and external stakeholders
Skills
Experience
Administrative or operational support experience within a retail or luxury goods environment is preferred. Prior exposure to supply chain or inventory management processes is advantageous.
Education
Secondary education completed; additional business administration or supply chain certification is advantageous but not required.
