Gucci Retail Merchandising Manager – Milano | Oversee WRTW category performance and drive sales strategy

Role & Responsibilities

  • Monitor business performance and KPIs across the WRTW category to identify trends and opportunities
  • Maintain current market intelligence and competitive analysis to inform merchandising decisions
  • Assess evolving client needs and preferences to align inventory and product mix
  • Develop and execute strategies to maximize sales performance and category profitability
  • Collaborate with the WRTW & Custom Jewelry Merchandising Director on category planning and forecasting
  • Report on market changes and competitive landscape to senior leadership

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in luxury retail merchandising or category management
  • Strong analytical and business acumen with demonstrated ability to interpret sales data and market trends
  • Strategic thinking with ability to translate market insights into actionable merchandising decisions
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with buying, retail operations, and marketing teams

Experience
