Gucci Retail Intern in Singapore: gain hands-on luxury retail experience in customer service, operations, and inventory management.
Role & Responsibilities
- Shadow and assist Client Advisors in providing personalized luxury shopping experiences and recommendations
- Greet clients warmly upon arrival and manage foot traffic flow during peak operating hours
- Offer and serve signature house beverages according to brand presentation standards
- Collaborate with the Visual Merchandising team to maintain displays aligned with global visual guidelines
- Assist with receiving, controlling, and managing merchandise and deliveries using the JDA system
- Replenish display merchandise and ensure timely tagging and distribution of products
- Participate in merchandise inventories and stock takes to identify discrepancies and losses
- Monitor packaging stock levels and track defective products
- Conduct category scans for inventory purposes
- Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by Store Management
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 days per week availability for 3–6 months
- Friday, Saturday, and Sunday availability preferred
- Team player mentality with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Highly adaptable and flexible in fast-paced retail environments

Experience
No prior luxury retail experience is explicitly required; internship candidates should demonstrate eagerness to learn and contribute to a dynamic retail environment.
Education
Secondary education or higher; retail or hospitality coursework is advantageous.
