Gucci seeks a Retail Facilities Coordinator in Milan to manage store maintenance, health & safety, and facilities operations. Full-time position, €40,000–€54,400 annual.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage technical maintenance and day-to-day store operations, including fire protection systems, elevator maintenance, and cleaning protocols
- Oversee all health and safety compliance across retail locations, managing in-store incidents and coordinating with external contractors
- Procure and manage facilities materials, stationery, equipment repair, and renewal to support store operations
- Coordinate, plan, and execute new store openings and related projects
- Lead and implement sustainability initiatives across the retail portfolio
- Develop, monitor, and control facilities budgets in alignment with company objectives
- Collaborate closely with local store teams and Gucci headquarters to ensure operational excellence
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of facilities management experience in an international retail environment
- Fluency in Italian and English at business level
- Technical background in engineering, architecture, or building services preferred
- Proficiency in AutoCAD with the ability to read technical drawings and DWG files
- Knowledge of MEP (mechanical, electrical, and plumbing) systems
- Experience with facility management software and ticketing systems
- Proven track record managing external vendors and contractors
- Familiarity with local health and safety regulations
- Project management credentials or demonstrated capability in coordinating shop modifications and small projects

Experience
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in facilities management or as a facility manager within an international, preferably luxury retail organization. Demonstrated expertise in coordinating maintenance operations, managing external contractors, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards across multiple locations.
Education
Technical background in engineering, architecture, or building services is preferred; formal qualification in facilities management or related discipline is advantageous.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from EUR 40,000 to EUR 54,400 per annum.
Benefits
Annual target bonus up to 14% of gross annual salary; coverage under CCNL Industria Pelli e Succedanei (National Collective Bargaining Agreement); employment classification as Impiegato (salaried employee).
