Role & Responsibilities
- Guide customers through the complete buying journey with personalized attention and product expertise
- Present the Gucci collection in alignment with brand standards and seasonal campaigns
- Provide detailed product knowledge, including styling advice, material characteristics, and trend insights
- Achieve individual and team sales targets while maintaining service excellence
- Represent brand values through professional conduct and engagement with customers
- Support store management activities and operational requirements
Qualifications
- Proven experience in luxury retail sales or premium brand environments
- Strong understanding of fashion, design, and product categories
