Gucci Client Advisor position in Seoul — guide customers through luxury retail experiences while representing the brand.
Role & Responsibilities
- Guide customers at every stage of the buying journey and advise on product selection
- Present the collection using established brand standards and aesthetic guidelines
- Provide expert support on styles, product characteristics, and seasonal trends
- Embody company values and serve as the visible face of the brand
- Contribute to achievement of store sales targets
- Enhance overall customer satisfaction and build lasting client relationships
Qualifications
- Demonstrated retail or customer service experience
- Strong understanding of luxury brand values and positioning
- Ability to communicate product knowledge effectively
- Professional presentation and interpersonal skills

Experience
