Gucci is recruiting a Client Advisor in Seoul to guide customers through their buying journey while representing the luxury brand.
Role & Responsibilities
- Guide customers through the complete buying journey and provide expert product consultations
- Present the Gucci collection in accordance with brand standards and visual merchandising guidelines
- Advise customers on product characteristics, styling options, and trend-relevant selections
- Achieve individual and store sales targets while maintaining service excellence
- Represent the brand values and maintain a professional demeanor at all times
Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to build client relationships and understand customer needs
- Strong knowledge of luxury fashion and the Gucci brand aesthetic
- Excellent communication skills in English; fluency in Korean preferred
Skills
Experience
Retail sales or customer service experience in a luxury fashion environment is preferred.
Education
Secondary education or equivalent; retail or hospitality qualifications are advantageous.
