The Restaurant Host is the first point of contact for guests at Gucci Osteria, welcoming them, managing reservations and seating, and supporting a positive guest experience. The role is classified as Impiegato, 4th level, under the CCNL Turismo, Pubblici Esercizi, Ristorazione Collettiva e Commerciale.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome guests warmly and escort them to their tables.
- Manage reservations by phone, online platforms and walk-ins.
- Maintain an accurate waitlist and provide estimated waiting times.
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries professionally.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including updating reservation systems and preparing daily reports.
Qualifications
- At least one year of experience in tourism and hospitality; experience in luxury settings is highly preferred.
- Fluent in English and Italian.
- Good interpersonal and organizational skills.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position is EUR 25,000 per annum.
