Role & Responsibilities

  • Monitor and analyze detailed sales and stock data for the Women's Ready-to-Wear category by style and store.
  • Optimize stock allocation and assist in merchandise assortment for stores.
  • Collaborate with stores to maximize sales and results, including conducting store visits to gain market insights.
  • Participate in regional presentations and meetings related to buying activities.
  • Work closely with the Merchandiser and Merchandising Manager during campaigns.
  • Liaise with stores to ensure alignment and effective communication.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Buying or Merchandising within a similar context.
  • Strong commitment to the Gucci brand and passion for the fashion industry.

Skills

Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. Strong analytical capabilities and numerical aptitude. Fluency in English. Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Experience

A minimum of 2 years of experience in Buying or Merchandising within a similar context is required.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
