Role & Responsibilities
- Create the first prototype garment.
- Evaluate and implement garment construction improvements for better fit, in collaboration with the Ready-to-Wear Samples Coordinator and the team of pattern makers and technicians.
- Revise garments based on fitting adjustments.
- Construct sample garments.
- Produce pre-production industrialized garments.
Qualifications
- Expertise in garment production processes and various stages of garment construction.
- Diploma in fashion technology or tailoring.
- Proficiency in operating machinery such as overlock and straight stitch machines.
- Strong knowledge of fabrics and yarns.
- Experience in garment pressing.
- Fluency in Italian and proficiency in an additional language.

Experience
Experience in garment construction and tailoring within a luxury fashion environment is required.
Education
Diploma in fashion technology or tailoring.
