Role & Responsibilities
- Manage the entire after-sales and product care process within the boutique.
- Act as a liaison between stores, local suppliers, and the customer service center in Italy.
- Handle daily customer complaints and track inquiries using a ticketing system.
- Investigate customer issues and collaborate with local service providers to resolve them.
- Work closely with the customer service center in Italy to ensure seamless service.
- Maintain a presence on the sales floor to directly address customer quality inquiries.
- Engage with customers on-site to facilitate simple solutions for complaints.
- Monitor ticket processing times to meet customer expectations and ensure timely responses.
- Train team members on after-sales procedures.
- Support the sales team on the sales floor as needed.
Qualifications
- Strong service orientation and commitment to customer satisfaction.
- High quality awareness and service mentality, reflected in team collaboration.
- Reliability, solution-oriented approach, and hands-on mentality.
- Digital affinity and proficiency in MS Office.
- Proficiency in German and English; additional languages are advantageous.
Skills
Experience
Experience in customer service or after-sales roles within the luxury retail sector is preferred.
