Role & Responsibilities
- Identify improvement areas and criticalities through proactive analysis of current processes and respond to specific requests from Product Care offices and supply chain stakeholders.
- Define detailed solutions to implement process and system improvements, ranging from simple to complex solutions, to achieve departmental objectives.
- Ensure timely delivery of process and system improvements by setting priorities and deadlines within the area of responsibility.
- Collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders, including IT, production business units, and global and regional Product Care offices, for solution definition and implementation.
- Deliver training for process and system improvements to impacted stakeholders.
- Support training and communication for complex project implementations in collaboration with the manager and team.
- Assist product care supply chain system users in managing processes and using the system as required.
- Manage all required product care system improvements in collaboration with the IT department and impacted stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree, preferably in Management Engineering or Software Engineering.
- Fluency in English and Italian.

Experience in process engineering or a related field, with a focus on system and process improvements.
