Gucci seeks a Payroll Specialist in Munich to manage payroll, benefits administration, and HR services across Central Europe.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Maintain and manage compensation databases and employment records within HRIS systems
  • Process payroll data preparation in coordination with HR Shared Services and external payroll vendors, ensuring compliance with regulations and deadlines
  • Review payroll reports for accuracy and execute necessary adjustments
  • Manage working hours and leave requests while supporting managers with absenteeism tracking
  • Serve as primary contact for employees regarding payroll, benefits, and HR-related inquiries
  • Generate and analyze scheduled and ad hoc reports for management analysis and decision-making
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of compensation and benefits policies and procedures
  • Maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive employee information with discretion

Qualifications

  • 2–3 years of experience in a Compensation and Benefits department or equivalent payroll administration role
  • Advanced proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Demonstrated expertise with HRIS systems and time and attendance software
  • Strong technical skills in generating and analyzing reports using Excel and reporting tools
  • Business-level fluency in English and German
  • Knowledge of luxury retail industry and fashion business is preferred
