Join Gucci at the Toronto Premium Outlets as an Operations Manager. Lead store operations and ensure exceptional client service in a dynamic luxury retail environment. Located in Canada.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the store operations team to ensure operational excellence.
- Oversee stockroom efficiency and inventory accuracy.
- Support the selling process by providing exceptional client service.
- Collaborate with the Store Director to manage day-to-day operations.
- Train and coach staff on operational policies and procedures.
- Liaise with corporate departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Serve as Manager on Duty, assisting with floor coverage and store opening/closing.
- Ensure timely and accurate merchandise movement and inventory management.
- Identify and resolve operational process issues.
- Maintain clear and accurate operational documentation.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5-7 years of operations experience in retail or luxury retail, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Skills
Experience
A minimum of 5-7 years in operations within retail or luxury retail environments, with a preference for supervisory roles.
Education
Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
Compensation
Base salary range of CAD $75,000 - $95,000 annually, plus bonus potential.
