Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the stock team in partnership with the Store Director.
- Maintain effective communication with managerial and corporate teams.
- Coordinate stock organization per Gucci directives.
- Ensure timely receipt, tagging, and delivery of products.
- Oversee accurate hourly replenishment.
- Supervise transfers and other operations efficiently.
- Manage the flow of goods between storage and shop floor.
- Ensure proper stock levels of stationary, drinks, and packaging.
- Plan and execute inventory operations with the Store Director.
- Liaise with Operations/Inventory Control team.
- Oversee store cycle counts and scheduled inventories.
- Lead cash desk organization and cashier team.
- Verify sales reports and rectify discrepancies.
- Coordinate with accounts and finance departments.
- Manage after-sales consignments and repairs.
- Serve as point of contact for corporate Facility team.
- Ensure strong awareness of store operations and policies.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Fluency in English.
- Commitment to the Gucci brand and passion for the role.
Skills
Experience
A minimum of two years in a similar operational management role within the luxury retail sector.
