Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the store operations team to ensure operational excellence.
- Evaluate and enhance operational processes with a strategic and commercial mindset.
- Train and coach staff on operational policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with corporate departments such as Operations, Inventory Planning, and Accounts Payable.
- Serve as a leader in the store, partnering with the Store Director to uphold Gucci's operational and service standards.
- Manage store inventory and ensure accuracy through regular cycle counts and reconciliations.
- Oversee the shipping and receiving processes, resolving any issues promptly.
- Maintain clear and accurate operational documentation.
- Assist with the physical maintenance of the boutique and manage supply orders.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in retail operations, preferably in luxury or service-related industries.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and internal retail systems.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Skills
Experience
A minimum of 5-7 years in retail operations, with a preference for experience in luxury retail or a service-related industry in a supervisory role.
Education
Bachelor’s Degree preferred
