Role & Responsibilities

  • Drive, direct, and develop operational excellence across all aspects of store operations
  • Assess and evaluate operations with a commercial mindset and propose strategic improvements
  • Train new hires and existing staff on all operating policies, procedures, and service standards
  • Coach and develop direct reports in operations, customer service, and sales support
  • Liaise with corporate departments including Operations, Inventory Planning, Inventory Control, and Accounts Payable
  • Serve as Manager on Duty in rotation, assisting with floor coverage, client purchases, and store opening/closing procedures
  • Oversee shipping and receiving processes, reporting issues to Store Director and resolving them promptly
  • Ensure timely and accurate movement of merchandise including transfers and damage documentation
  • Oversee store cycle counts, scheduled inventories, and reconciliation processes
  • Identify and resolve problems in operational processes in a timely manner
  • Maintain clear and accurate operational documents and procedures
  • Communicate all discrepancies and issues immediately to management
  • Process repairs and damages according to company guidelines
  • Assist with physical maintenance of the boutique
  • Place orders for office and store supplies as needed
  • Provide training support to new Team Managers at other locations and assist with store openings, closures, and remodels within the region

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5-7 years of operations experience in retail, luxury retail, or service-related industry preferably in a supervisory role
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong ability to analyze information, identify business priorities, and problem-solve
  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Experience with technology and internal retail systems and shipping software programs
  • Valid work authorization to work in the United States
