Role & Responsibilities

• Execute shipping and receiving processes and report discrepancies to Store Director or Operations Manager with resolution steps
• Ensure timely and accurate movement of merchandise including transfers, return-to-vendor transactions, and damage documentation
• Identify and resolve operational process inefficiencies in collaboration with management
• Maintain accurate and organized operations documentation and procedures for reference and compliance
• Oversee store cycle counts, scheduled inventories, and reconciliation activities
• Manage submission of required forms including 8300 and tax-exempt documentation
• Immediately communicate operational discrepancies and issues to management
• Process repairs and damages on a timely basis according to company guidelines
• Assist with physical maintenance and stockroom organization of the boutique
• Place orders for office and store supplies as needed
• Ensure strict compliance with company standards, security guidelines, and procedures

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (preferred)
• Minimum 1 year of administrative or stockroom experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment
• Proficiency with internal retail systems and shipping software programs
• Competence in Microsoft Word and Outlook
• Ability to meet physical requirements including climbing ladders, bending, and lifting boxes
• Strong attention to detail with demonstrated multitasking ability
• Flexibility to work retail schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Valid work authorization to work in Canada

Skills

Experience

Minimum 1 year of administrative or stockroom experience, preferably within a luxury retail environment. Experience with technology platforms used in retail operations and demonstrated ability to manage inventory systems is required.

Education

Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position is CAD 24 per hour.
