Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily stockroom operations to ensure an accurate, organised and secure inventory.
  • Execute shipping and receiving procedures, report discrepancies, and coordinate timely resolution with Store Director or Operations Manager.
  • Manage merchandise movement including transfers, returns to vendor (RTV) and damaged goods in accordance with company guidelines.
  • Perform and reconcile cycle counts and scheduled inventories; maintain inventory documentation and support inventory audits.
  • Process repairs and damages promptly and place orders for store and office supplies as required.
  • Support store maintenance, facilities coordination and adherence to security and compliance procedures.
  • Communicate operational issues and discrepancies immediately to store management and assist in process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in inventory, stockroom or retail operations roles; experience within fashion retail or the luxury sector preferred.
  • High ethical standards, professionalism and the ability to build trust across cross‑functional teams.
  • Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in stock management processes.
  • Proven knowledge of stock control procedures, receiving, tracking and storing merchandise; familiarity with inventory management software.
  • Effective verbal communication skills to collaborate with store management, sales teams and external partners.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours including weekends and holidays, and ability to meet physical demands (lifting boxes, climbing ladders, bending).
  • Must have legal authorization to work in Canada.

Experience

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 22 to CAD 24 per hour.
