Gucci Operations Controller — full-time at Sawgrass Outlets, Sunrise, USA. Oversee stockroom operations, inventory control and shipping for the boutique.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day stockroom operations including shipping, receiving, transfers, RTVs and damaged-goods processing while escalating and resolving issues with Store Director or Operations Manager.
- Maintain ongoing inventory accuracy via cycle counts, scheduled inventories and reconciliation; implement corrective actions to prevent discrepancies.
- Operate and document store operational procedures, maintain clear records and submit required tax or regulatory forms (e.g. 8300, tax-exempt) as received.
- Coordinate repairs, damage processing and merchandise movement in accordance with company guidelines and timelines.
- Order and maintain supplies for office and boutique operations; assist with basic physical maintenance of the boutique and facilities-related tasks.
- Ensure strict adherence to company security guidelines, operational standards and compliance requirements.
- Communicate operational discrepancies and service issues immediately to management and support continuous process improvement.
- Act as a Gucci ambassador by promoting brand values and delivering a branded, luxury client and colleague experience.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of administrative or stock/warehouse experience; luxury retail experience preferred.
- Eligible to work in the United States (must possess proper work authorization).
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
- Proven attention to detail with the ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
- Physical ability to perform role duties (lifting boxes, climbing ladders, bending).
- Flexibility to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
Skills
Experience
Minimum of one year in an administrative, stockroom, or operations support role; prior experience in luxury retail preferred. Demonstrated use of retail systems and shipping/receiving procedures.
Education
Bachelor's degree preferred.
