Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee an efficient stockroom and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Execute shipping and receiving processes, addressing any issues promptly.
- Ensure timely merchandise movement as directed, adhering to all procedures and guidelines.
- Assist in identifying and resolving operational issues quickly and effectively.
- Maintain clear and accurate operational documents and procedures.
- Submit all required forms, including 8300 and tax-exempt forms, as received.
- Process repairs and damages in accordance with company guidelines.
- Assist with the physical maintenance of the boutique.
- Order necessary supplies for the office and store.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, procedures, and security guidelines.
- Oversee store cycle counts and scheduled inventories, ensuring reconciliation with management support.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- 1 year of administrative or stock experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
- Work authorization in the United States.
Skills
Experience
A minimum of one year of administrative or stock experience, ideally within a luxury retail environment, is required.
Education
Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

The successful candidate will be located in San Marcos, Texas, USA, with easy access to Austin.
